一、 Product structure and process characteristics

The main body of this square flange straight through mirror adopts a split square bolt fastening structure, and the valve body is forged as a whole, effectively avoiding the defects of loose castings and weak pressure bearing. Standard flange connection at both ends, which can directly connect to industrial pipeline flanges, making installation, disassembly, and maintenance convenient.


Valve body material: 304 and 316L stainless steel are commonly used, which have excellent acid and alkali resistance, rust and corrosion resistance, and are suitable for corrosive fluid working conditions;


Observation window: equipped with high borosilicate tempered glass, with good transparency, high temperature resistance, pressure impact resistance, and support for continuous observation of medium morphology;


Sealing component: standard PTFE gasket, high temperature resistant, not easy to age, to prevent medium leakage, graphite and rubber seals can be replaced according to working conditions;


Structural advantages: Modular design of the square body allows for individual replacement of damaged glass without the need for overall disassembly of the mirror, reducing maintenance costs in the later stages; Optional single-sided window or double-sided visible structure to meet different installation viewing angle requirements.


二、 Core functional role


The square straight through mirror is installed on the horizontal or vertical process pipeline, and the operator does not need to stop the machine to disassemble the pipeline. They can view the inside of the pipeline in real time through the glass window:


Monitor whether the medium is flowing and quickly identify phenomena such as flow interruption and gas blockage;


Observe the color and turbidity of the fluid to determine the purity of the material and whether it has deteriorated;


Check for impurities and sediment in the medium to predict the risk of pipeline blockage;


Observe two-phase fluid stratification and foam generation, and assist in process parameter adjustment.
