How to useEdit
⑴ cleaning treatment. Before use, you can wipe the surface with an appropriate amount of alcohol cotton. Note: Do not use acidic liquids for cleaning, so as not to corrode the outer surface of the glass.
⑵To choose the gasket correctly. When the ambient working temperature is within 280°C, asbestos pads or PTFE pads can be used. When the ambient working temperature exceeds 500°C, graphite gaskets are recommended. Note: The thicker the glass, so the thickness of the selected gasket should also increase accordingly.
⑶ Apply evenly. Do not use excessive force or excessive force during installation. It is recommended to tighten the screws diagonally with even force.
⑷ Regular inspection. After the sight glass is installed, regular inspections must be done, especially in the liquid environment containing acid and alkali, and the corrosion degree of the glass surface must be regularly inspected to ensure the safety of front-line operators. [1]
