The quick mounted liquid level gauge is a direct reading liquid level measuring instrument, which is suitable for the on-site detection of the liquid position in the general liquid storage equipment in the process of industrial production. Its structure is simple and the measurement is accurate. It is a traditional on-site liquid level measuring tool. A needle valve is installed at both ends of the liquid level gauge. When the glass tube is broken due to an accident, the needle valve will automatically close under the pressure of the container to prevent the medium in the container from continuing to flow out.
Structure principle of liquid level gauge
The upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with quick fitting connectors, which are connected with the container to form a connector. The height of the liquid level in the container can be directly read through the glass plate.
The upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with steel balls. When the glass plate is damaged by accident, the steel balls block the passage under the pressure in the container, so that the container will be automatically sealed to prevent the liquid in the container from continuing to flow out.
There is a blocking hole screw at the valve end of the instrument, which can be used for sampling, or for discharging the remaining liquid in the instrument during maintenance.
