一、 Product Introduction
Flange sight glass, also commonly known as clamp flange sight glass or tank observation window, is a specialized observation accessory for pressure vessels, reaction vessels, and storage tanks.
The main body is generally clamped with 304/316L stainless steel flanges, and high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass is installed in the middle for sealing. It is clamped and sealed with bolts and installed on the walls of the tank, reaction kettle, water tank, and fermentation tank.

Observe the internal working conditions of the container directly with the naked eye without turning on the device:
Check the liquid level and material color;
Observe the stirring reaction, foaming, crystallization, and material flow state;
Monitor for precipitation, impurities, and abnormal reactions.
三、 Structural composition
Two stainless steel flanges on top and bottom: bolt locked to clamp the glass;
Borosilicate tempered mirror glass: resistant to pressure, heat, and temperature shock;
Sealing gasket (PTFE/silicone): prevents medium leakage;
Tighten the bolt components.

Flanges: SS304, SS316L (choose 316L for anti-corrosion requirements)
Glass: borosilicate 3.3 glass (conventional temperature resistance ≤ 200 ℃, can withstand certain pressure)
Sealing: PTFE PTFE gasket, silicone gasket (commonly used in food and medicine)
