【Overview】
The X49H-16C glass tube level gauge is an intuitive liquid level measuring instrument, which can be installed on a boiler or other pressure vessel to directly indicate the liquid level of the measured medium.
[Working Principle and Structural Features]
The upper and lower plug valves of the instrument are welded with flanges to connect with the container to form a communicating device, and the liquid level in the container can be directly read through the glass plate. And can clean and replace the glass tube without stopping the furnace. When the glass tube is accidentally damaged, use the handle to turn the plugs of the upper and lower stopcock valves through 90° to prevent the medium in the container from continuing to flow out. The bottom of the level gauge is equipped with a drain valve, which is used to discharge the remaining liquid and clean the interior during maintenance.
