Core Structure and Materials

1,Main flange: The bright silver metal part in the picture is made of 304/316L stainless steel (also available in carbon steel), which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and suitable for the hygiene requirements of industries such as chemical, food, and pharmaceutical. Fixed by 6 bolts, the structure is stable and can withstand the pressure inside the equipment.,

2,Window glass: The middle transparent part is usually tempered borosilicate glass/tempered glass, which is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and thermal shock. Some special working conditions may use quartz glass, which can withstand temperature differences of up to several hundred degrees.

3,Sealing element: A black sealing ring (made of silicone/polytetrafluoroethylene material) between two layers of flanges to ensure the sealing between the glass and the flange and prevent medium leakage.

Its core function is to observe the flow status, liquid level, color, reaction process or whether there are abnormalities of internal materials without opening the device. Common application scenarios include:

Reactors, storage tanks, and fermentation tanks in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries

Core Features:

Safe and reliable: The glass and flange are designed according to industrial standards (such as HG/T 21619, NB/T47017) and can withstand conventional industrial pressures (PN6~PN40), avoiding the risk of medium leakage.

Temperature and corrosion resistance: The stainless steel body is suitable for most corrosive media, borosilicate glass can withstand working temperatures of -20 ℃~200 ℃, and some special models can cope with higher temperature and pressure.

Convenient maintenance: The bolt structure is easy to disassemble and can be regularly cleaned of stains and condensation water mist on the glass surface to maintain clear observation.
