Product Description:
The full name of PVC is Polyvinylchlorid, and its main component is polyvinyl chloride. It is a polymer formed by free radical polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer. In addition, other components are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc., referred to as PVC. PVC is divided into soft PVC and hard PVC according to its hardness. Among them, hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used for floors, ceilings and the surface of leather, but because soft PVC contains softener (this is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle and difficult to store, so its scope of use is limited. Hard PVC does not contain softener, so it is flexible, easy to form, not brittle, non-toxic and pollution-free, and has a long storage time, so it has great development and application value.
PP: Polypropylene. It is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material. Low density, easy to weld and process, superior chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, non-toxic and odorless, is currently one of the most environmentally friendly engineering plastics. The main colors are white, microcomputer color, other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements. Applications: Acid and alkali resistant equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water and exhaust gas discharge equipment, washing towers, clean rooms, semiconductor plants and related industrial equipment, and also the preferred material for manufacturing plastic water tanks, of which PP thick plates are widely used for stamping Board, punching mattress board, etc. It has high impact resistance (good surface stiffness and scratch resistance), strong mechanical properties, and is one of the common polymer materials. The biggest feature of PVC is flame retardant.
PP is an environmentally friendly material, and the difference between PP and PVC can be clearly distinguished in terms of appearance and feel; PP feels harder while PVC is relatively soft. The best test method is to burn these two materials with an open flame, which is black dusty. It is PVC and PP does not. It can also be distinguished from the smell, PVC has a choking smell, while PP is tasteless.
For industry:
It is suitable for directly indicating the liquid level of the medium in various towers, tanks, tanks, boxes, etc.
