PP PVC level gauge special cork product features:
The full name of PVC is Polyvinylchlorid, the main component is polyvinyl chloride, which is a polymer formed by free radical polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer, and other components are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc., referred to as PVC. PVC is divided into soft PVC and hard PVC according to the hardness. Among them, hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used for the surface layer of floors, ceilings and leather, but because soft PVC contains softeners (this is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle and difficult to store, so its scope of use is limited. Hard PVC does not contain softeners, so it has good flexibility, easy to form, not easy to be brittle, non-toxic and pollution-free, and has a long storage time, so it has great development and application value.
PP: Polypropylene. It is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic material. Low density, easy welding and processing, excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, non-toxic, odorless, is one of the most environmentally friendly engineering plastics. The main colors are white, computer color, other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements. Scope of application: acid and alkali resistant equipment, environmental protection equipment, waste water and waste gas discharge equipment, scrubbers, clean rooms, semiconductor factories and related industries equipment, and also the preferred material for manufacturing plastic water tanks, among which PP thick plates are widely used for stamping boards, punch mattress boards, etc. It has high impact resistance (good surface stiffness and scratch resistance), strong mechanical properties, and is one of the common polymer materials. The biggest feature of PVC is flame retardant.
PP is an environmentally friendly material. The difference between PP and PVC can be clearly distinguished in terms of appearance and feel; PP feels harder and PVC is relatively soft. The best test method is to burn these two materials with an open flame, and there is black dust. It is PVC and PP does not. It can also be distinguished from the smell, PVC has a choking smell, while PP is tasteless.
