How to useedit
⑴Cleaning treatment. Before use, you can use an appropriate amount of alcohol cotton to gently wipe the surface. Note: Do not use acidic liquids for cleaning, so as not to corrode the outer surface of the glass.
⑵To choose the gasket correctly. When the ambient working temperature is within 280°C, asbestos pads or PTFE pads can be used. When the ambient working temperature exceeds 500°C, graphite gaskets are recommended. Note: The thicker the glass, the thickness of the gasket should be increased accordingly.
⑶ Apply evenly. Do not use excessive force or excessive force during installation. It is recommended to tighten the screws evenly and diagonally.
⑷ Regular inspection. After the installation of the sight glass, regular inspection must be done, especially in the liquid environment containing acid and alkali, and the corrosion degree of the glass surface must be checked regularly to ensure the safety of front-line operators. [1]
