一、 Appearance and craftsmanship details

Appearance: Rectangular board, all four corners are polished with R-angle arcs to avoid sharp corners from colliding, breaking, or scratching installation personnel; Four sides are finely ground and polished, with smooth edges and no burrs.

Processing: Four corner precision prefabricated installation fixed through holes, which can be directly locked to the equipment flange/box with screws and sealing rings; The glass is highly transparent throughout, with only a slight light green background color on the glass itself, resulting in extremely high light transmittance.

Material: The mainstream is high borosilicate 3.3 heat-resistant glass, which can also be used as ordinary tempered float glass version. High borosilicate material is preferred for industrial scenarios.


二、 Core physical and chemical properties (high borosilicate version)

Super heat-resistant and temperature resistant

The coefficient of thermal expansion is extremely low, and it can withstand rapid cold and hot shocks from -20 ℃ to 150 ℃ without bursting. The long-term use temperature can reach 300-500 ℃, and it is suitable for boilers, ovens, and high-temperature reaction equipment.

Excellent corrosion resistance

Resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, and organic solvent corrosion (only hydrofluoric acid will corrode), superior to stainless steel, suitable for observation windows in chemical, sewage treatment, and chemical reaction vessels.

Mechanical safety performance

Mohs hardness of 6.5, not easily scratched; After tempering treatment, the impact resistance and bending strength are 3-5 times that of ordinary flat glass. After fragmentation, it forms blunt angled particle fragments, reducing the risk of injury.

Optical transparency

Double sided precision polishing, no bubbles, no stones, no scratches, clear and distortion free observation of internal working conditions.

1. Industrial equipment (core use)

Square observation glasses for reaction vessels, storage tanks, pipelines, boilers, and pressure vessels to check the internal liquid level, material mixing, and reaction status;

Inspection windows for ovens, drying ovens, high-temperature aging test chambers, and hot air circulation equipment;

Hydraulic oil tank, gearbox housing, and air compressor housing oil level observation cover plate.

2. Equipment and lighting accessories

High temperature buried lamps, industrial spotlights, protective transparent panels for instrument casings, waterproof, dustproof, and high temperature resistant.

四、 Customizable parameters

Size: Cut freely in length and width, with common thicknesses of 2/3/4/5/6/8/10/12mm;

Processing: The number of hole positions/aperture size, fillet radius, single-sided chamfer, and beveled edge can be modified as needed;

Material differentiation:

High borosilicate glass: resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion, preferred for industrial high temperature/chemical environments;

Ordinary tempered white glass: lower cost, suitable for use in room temperature and non corrosive environments.
