一、 Product Definition
This is a reflective water level gauge glass specifically designed for boilers and pressure vessels (also known as multi slot level gauge sight glass, DIN7081 standard glass plate), made of high borosilicate 3.3 hard glass, which is the core transparent pressure observation component for industrial liquid level monitoring.
There are multiple parallel grooves (grating grooves) processed on the inner side of the glass, which use light refraction to distinguish between gas and liquid interfaces and accurately read the water level/oil level inside the container.

Thickened integrated molding structure, with a conventional pressure of 6-25 bar. The high-pressure version can be adapted to industrial high-pressure steam equipment, and its mechanical strength far exceeds that of ordinary glass.
Strong corrosion resistance
Resistant to acid and alkali, steam, and oil-water media erosion, with extremely strong chemical stability, suitable for use in chemical and thermal boilers.
Imaging principle (multi groove pattern effect)
Groove contact gas: total reflection of light, presenting a silver white bright strip;
Groove in contact with liquid: light refracts and penetrates, presenting black dark stripes;
The boundary between light and dark is the real-time liquid level, which can be clearly read even from a distance.
三、 Appearance structure
The overall shape is elliptical with rounded corners at both ends, without sharp edges, and the seal is not easily fractured;
Smooth surface on the front, with multiple parallel reflective grooves engraved on the inner side;
The thickness is divided into 15/20/25mm and other specifications, and the length is customized according to the shell of the boiler water level gauge.
