二 、 Structural composition
Main valve body: Made of 304/316 stainless steel in the figure, with standard flange plates at both ends, used for docking with pipeline flange bolts, ensuring reliable sealing; There are also carbon steel and cast steel models suitable for ordinary working conditions.
Observation window: The middle part is made of high-temperature resistant tempered glass viewport, which is sealed and pressure resistant, and can visually display the internal red impeller.
Red impeller: Built in medium resistant impeller, the medium will be pushed to rotate by the fluid when it flows through. The red blades have high recognition and the rotation status can be seen from a distance.

三、 Working principle
When the liquid/gas medium in the pipeline flows through the valve body, the fluid impact force drives the internal red impeller to rotate;
Uniform rotation of impeller: normal flow of pipeline medium;
Slow rotation of impeller: low flow rate;
Impeller stationary: interrupted, blocked, and without medium, making it easy to quickly determine whether the pipeline is open or closed on site.
