一、 Product Name
Square flange straight through sight glass (SG-FZT type pipeline sight glass), also known as pipeline glass sight glass or water flow observer.
二、 Structure and Material
Shell: The picture shows ductile iron/carbon steel baked paint (blue anti-corrosion coating), and 304/316 stainless steel shell can also be customized; Both ends are connected by flanges and bolted to industrial pipelines.
Observation components: borosilicate tempered glass window embedded in the middle, temperature and pressure resistant; Internally optional PTFE lining (F46), suitable for corrosive media.
Tightening structure: Four stainless steel bolts tighten the valve body for easy disassembly and replacement of glass and sealing gaskets.
三、 Core role
Installed on the process pipeline, visually observe the flow state of the medium inside the pipeline:
Check for liquid flow, liquid level, impurities, and bubbles;
The chemical, water treatment, and oil industries are used to determine whether pipelines are conductive and if there is abnormal mixing of media.
四、 Applicable working conditions
Applicable media: water, oil, weak acid and weak alkali solutions, chemical fluids; PTFE lining can be used for highly corrosive chemical raw materials.
Pressure rating: Conventional PN10/PN16 (1.0~1.6MPa);
Common calibers: DN25, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100.

六 、 Installation precautions
Install rubber/PTFE gaskets during flange docking to prevent leakage;
Avoid hard object impact on the glass surface, and use heat-resistant special glass for high temperature conditions;
Under the condition where the medium contains crystalline particles, regularly disassemble and clean the scale on the inside of the glass.
