Factory direct sales of high-quality quartz glass sheets

Main component: The main component of quartz glass is silicon dioxide, with a content of 99.99% or more.

Performance characteristics:

High temperature resistance: The softening point temperature is about 1730 ℃, and it can be used for a long time at 1100 ℃. The maximum temperature for short-term use can reach 1450 ℃.

Corrosion resistance: Except for hydrofluoric acid, it hardly reacts chemically with other acidic substances, and its acid resistance is 30 times that of ceramics and 150 times that of stainless steel. It has excellent chemical stability at high temperatures.

Good thermal stability: The coefficient of thermal expansion is extremely small, and it can withstand drastic temperature changes. When heated to around 1100 ℃, it will not explode even when placed in room temperature water.

Good transparency: It has good transparency in the entire spectral range from ultraviolet to infrared, with a visible light transmittance of over 93% and a maximum transmittance of over 80% in the ultraviolet spectral region.

Good electrical insulation performance: With a relatively high resistance value, it is an excellent electrical insulation material with good electrical performance even at room temperature.

Classification: According to optical performance, it can be divided into far ultraviolet JGS1, ultraviolet JGS2, and infrared JGS3. JGS1 has no absorption band in the 185-250nm wavelength range; JGS2 has no absorption band in the 200-250nm wavelength range; JGS3 has no obvious absorption band in the 2600-2800nm wavelength range.

Application areas: Widely used in semiconductors, electro-optical sources, semiconductor communication devices, lasers, optical instruments, laboratory instruments, electrical equipment, medical equipment, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant chemical instruments, chemical engineering, electronics, metallurgy, building materials, and national defense.

Disadvantages: There are disadvantages such as high cost, fragility, difficult processing, sensitivity to pollution, and impermeability.
