一、 Core structure and working principle
This mirror usually consists of three parts:
1. A pair of stainless steel flanges: equipped with standard clamp slots for connecting upstream and downstream pipelines.
2. High strength window glass: The core observation component is usually made of tempered borosilicate glass, which has excellent characteristics of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, heat shock resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Sanitary sealing ring: Made of food grade silicone, EPDM or PTFE materials to ensure sealing integrity under harsh working conditions.
Its working principle is simple and efficient: two flanges and the middle window glass are tightly pressed together by clamps, forming a sealed observation chamber. The fluid passes directly through it, and the operator can observe it directly from the pipeline direction without obstruction.

Visually inspect whether the color, clarity, and transparency of the fluid are normal.
Confirm the material flow status (such as whether the pipe is full, whether there are bubbles, flash evaporation, or flow interruption).
